Reason for Recall:  The Subject Products pose a tip over and entrapment hazard.  A defect in the design of the products creates instability when used by a consumer as intended, presenting a risk of fall and impact injuries. Additionally, openings in the product allow for a user to become entrapped.

You will need to provide:

1. Proof of purchase. For example：Amazon order number and a photo of the tracking label on the underside of the standing platform to confirm the model number is LT005.

2. A photo of the destroyed tower

Until the recall is resolved, please do not allow children to climb on or use the stool as a seating device.
